TRAIL À MALFI 2022
Description
The Mario Tosi Tarvisio Sports Union under the patronage of the Municipality of Tarvisio, organizes the second edition of the Tarvisio Summer Trail in program on 17.09.22. A trail on breathtaking trails starting from town center, climbing up to the mountain huts of Monte Acomizza and then return to Camporosso through the beautiful Val Bartolo.
Races
• Acomizza Trail: 21km with 1350m D+.
• Trail Cima Muli: 11km with 600m D+.
• Baby&Young Summer Trail: non-competitive race reserved for categories youth, with different paths (CSI categories).
Prices
Total 1.000 Euros in money for the competitive race and lots of prizes also for the the Young Trail
(sport, technical and gastronomic prizes)
Entries
Registration for the Acomizza Trail and the Cima Muli Trail can be carried out only online. Registrations for the Baby & Young Trail can instead also carried out on the day of the race up to one hour before the start.
The registration fees are:
• Acomizza Trail: 30,00 Euro
• Trail Cima Muli: 20,00 Euro
• Young Trail: 10,00 Euro
• Baby Trail: 5,00 Euro

AN IDEA BORN WITH MALFI AND SCOPE
FORWARD IN HIS MEMORY.
The Tarvisio Summer Trail was born from an idea grown together with Mariano Malfitana, passed away in April 2021 at the age of 70 years old, defeated by Covid. A friend, an athlete, a teacher, for many of his
boys a second dad.
Financier, arrived in Tarvisio in the 70s from Sicily. Athlete, ski instructor, coach and organizer of many sporting events, including the Etna Marathon, in his Sicily, the Tarvisio Winter Trail, the Relay Alpina del Monte Lussari and many others.
All-round sport lover, in the latest years has given its invaluable contribution at the Bachmann ski college and the FVG Committee, of which he was a point of reference, which among other things, he was among the main promoters of the Italian Cross-Country Skiing Championships held in Tarvisio in March 2021.
